Fitness Support
Rage Fitness Wellbeing Group delivers a varied range of fitness classes, nutrition, and mentoring classes. Designed to assist all ages, abilities, and backgrounds, we aim to improve lives for the better.
In addition to this, we work closely with local authorities and organisations to tackle social, health, and behavioural issues. Rage Fitness Wellbeing Group is also a proud partner of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Fitness Classes
At Rage Fitness Wellbeing Group, we offer a wide range of inclusive group sessions. We aim to empower individuals and raise their levels of confidence and self-esteem. Currently situated in Blacon, Chester, we have expanded to other areas of Cheshire and across the UK.
We deliver over 50 classes a week, with bespoke options to suit your needs. Our classes are designed to support mental health, weight loss, muscular endurance, rehabilitation and improve aerobic fitness. Furthermore, we can offer Personal Training and nutritional advice.
At Rage Fitness Wellbeing Group, we view fitness as a long-term lifestyle choice.
Personal Training
In addition to fitness and gym classes, our fitness centre also offers medium to long-term Personal Training programmes. We aim to help you improve all aspects of your lifestyle, physical and mental wellbeing. Therefore, we encourage personal ownership and offer bespoke life coaching guidance.
At Rage Fitness Wellbeing Group, we have a huge list of clients. We also work in partnership with the local military careers office to support recruitment/fitness tests.

Support Sessions
Our CEO of Rage Fitness Wellbeing Group has over a decade of helping others overcome physical, mental, and emotional concerns. From combatting addiction to suffering the loss of a loved one, to developing coping mechanisms to live with PTSD and supporting women with pregnancy loss.
He aims to help both men and women overcome their challenges and support them by opening up, sharing lived experiences, and his desire to make a difference.
Craig’s 15 years of supporting others are now being put to good use by helping community residents throughout Cheshire start their own wellbeing journey.
